St Mary's Showcases Quality Teaching and Learning - 29th October 2008
St Mary’s recently hosted a two day regional PEEL* teachers’ gathering. Organised by Assistant Principal, Sarah Corsalini and the Catholic Education Office, teachers showcased ideas about best practice in the classroom. Congratulations to Sarah for the educational leadership to make the meeting possible and to our teachers Kathy Abbotts and Isabel Garrett for giving one of the presentations on PEEL with interactive whiteboards.

Sunday, 24th August Centenary Mass Celebration - St Mary's Parish Celebrates 100 years. - 28th August 2008
St Mary’s Parish, Bellingen celebrated 100 years last weekend with Confirmation on Friday evening, a dinner on Saturday evening and Mass and lunch on Sunday.
St Mary's Olympics - 14th August, 2008
St Mary's School recently hosted their own Olympics Games with a distinctive Chinese theme ranging from the Opening Ceremony through to the Chinese lunch and naturally the winning team, China.
